Memories by Mallory – Client Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: June 20th, 2025

1. Booking & Payment

Full payment is due on or before the day of your session. Sessions are not confirmed until payment is received.

Accepted payment methods: CashApp, Venmo, PayPal, cash, or check.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance may be rescheduled within 30 days, pending availability.

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the session may result in forfeiture of the session time.

Sessions may be rescheduled due to illness, weather, or emergency without penalty.

3. Lateness Policy

Sessions begin at the scheduled time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in reduced session time or cancellation at the photographer’s discretion.

4. Image Delivery

Final edited images will be delivered via an online gallery within 2–3 weeks of the session.

Rush delivery (within 5 business days) is available for an additional $25.

Galleries are available for 30 days after delivery. Extended gallery access is available for $50.

5. Image Rights & Usage

Memories by Mallory retains full copyright to all images taken.

Clients are granted a personal-use license to download, print, and share their images.

Clients may not edit, crop, apply filters, screenshot, or alter images in any way, including posting screenshots on social media.

Images may be used by Memories by Mallory for marketing, advertising, portfolio, printing, and photography competitions, unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to the session.

6. Editing & Retouching

Standard retouching (exposure, color balance, light skin smoothing) is included.

Excessive editing (e.g., body alterations, background changes, or detailed object removal) is available at $5 per image.

If you are not satisfied with the edits, you may request a revision. Revision requests will be considered at the photographer’s discretion.

RAW or unedited images are not provided under any circumstances.

7. Client Conduct & Safety

Clients are responsible for the conduct of all people at the session, including children.

The photographer is not responsible for uncooperative behavior that may affect the quality of images.

If at any point the photographer feels unsafe, disrespected, or uncomfortable, the session may be ended immediately with no refund issued.

Please notify the photographer in advance of any special circumstances, props, or poses you’d like to include in your session.

8. Slander & Disputes

Clients agree not to publicly slander, defame, or misrepresent Memories by Mallory or its services. Any concerns or disputes should be addressed respectfully and privately.

9. Weather & Outdoor Sessions

For outdoor sessions, the photographer will determine if weather conditions are unsuitable and offer to reschedule at no additional charge.

10. Liability

Memories by Mallory is not responsible for any injury, property damage, or other incidents during the session.

While every effort is made to deliver quality images, specific results are not guaranteed due to variables such as lighting, cooperation, and environment.

11. Agreement

By booking a session with Memories by Mallory, the client acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined above.
